The Brett Kavanaugh Supreme Court nomination was considered a sure thing despite the fact the U.S. should never, ever, have a Supreme Court justice named “Brett.”
Needless to say, the Rush-to-Judgement Express went off the rails with the allegations of sexual abuse leveled at the nominee by Dr. Christine Ford. But candidly, when you examine what we now know about Kavanaugh, there are a long litany of reasons why he should not even been considered for the job–and warning signs to go with each at every stage of his life.
