At least 9 suspicious packages have been found since Monday. Today, two were found addressed to former Vice President biden and actor Robert De Niro. So far, all packages have been intercepted and no one has been harmed. Several different studies have found a link between right wing activity and domestic terrorism. START, the National Consortium for the Study of Terrorism and Responses to Terrorism, found that right-wing ideology and organizations are behind a surge in US domestic terrorism, from six attacks in 2007 to 65 in 2017. Russia \’will respond\’ to new US missiles in Europe
Russian President Vladimir Putin, speaking at a news conference yesterday, said \”If the US do end up pulling out of the INF treaty, then the most important question is what will they do with the missiles that will reappear again. If they are supplied to Europe, then of course we will have to respond in kind, and the European countries that agree to this – if things come to this – should understand that they will be subjecting their own territory to the threat of a possible retaliatory strike\”. President Putin also expressed concern over a possible US withdrawal from the INF treaty since the US has already dropped the Anti-Ballistic Missile (ABM) treaty.

NATO launches biggest war games since end of Cold War
Earlier today NATO launched its biggest military war game since the cold war, Trident Juncture 18. 50,000 participants, 250 aircraft, and 65 vessels from more than 30 nations were deployed in a mock battle against an invading force in Norway early this morning. NATO claims that the exercise is meant to test the whole military chain, from tactical level troop training to strategic command. Russia has called the transatlantic security alliance’s exercise “sabre-rattling”. Tensions have escalated recently over President Trump’s statements to withdraw from the INF treaty, a key cold war nuclear arms control deal.
